布地奈德混悬液联合复方异丙托溴氨溶液压缩泵雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效观察及护理 被引量:9

摘要 目的:评价布地奈德混悬液联合复方异丙托溴氨溶液压缩泵雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果及护理方法。方法选取我院2013年1月-2015年12月期间收治的支气管肺炎患儿160例,采取随机分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组80例。两组患儿均给予常规治疗和综合护理措施,观察组患儿在常规治疗基础上给予布地奈德混悬液联合复方异丙托溴氨溶液压缩泵雾化吸入治疗。结果观察组总有效率明显优于对照组(88%vs.61%,P<0.05)。观察组的咳嗽减少时间、喘憋缓解时间、肺部罗音消失时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗和综合护理基础上,采用压缩泵雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液和复方异丙托溴氨溶液治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效显著,具有重要临床意义。 Objective To evaluatecombination budesonide suspension and compound isopropylene bromide solutionefficacy of clinical treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children by compressing atomized inhalation, as well as nursing care. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of children (160 cases) from xx to xx, in our hospital. And randomly divided into two groups.The control group 80 casestreated only by regular methods, while the observation group assisted by regular treatment methods for treatment of combination budesonide suspension and compound ispropylene bromide solution by compressing atomized inhalation. Both groups were under the same nursing care. Results Overall effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (88%vs.61%,P<0.05). Disappearance time of cough and asthma, pulmonary rales disappeared time in observation group were significantly shorter than those incontrol group (P<0.05). Conclusion Under comprehensive nursing care, budesonide suspension and compound isopropylene bromide solution by compressing atomized inhalationcombined with regular treatment worth further clinical application for clinical treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children.
