Integration System of Management and Control Based on B & R’s Products

《中国制造2025》战略规划的核心内容是实现智能化制造，而实现包含自动化和信息化的工厂管控一体化则是实现智慧工厂的基础。本文以某制药厂为例，介绍了工厂管控一体化系统的实现过程。阐述了该制药厂改造升级的背景和实施难点，重点描述了基于贝加莱解决方案的管控一体化系统，包括系统架构和组成、系统特点、数据通讯及其所使用的各类信息平台。

The core content of the strategy of“Made in China 2025” is the realization of intelligent manufacturing. It is based on the realization of the management and control integration for factory, which is automated and informationalized, to realize this purpose.In this paper, by taking some pharmaceutical factory as an example, the implementation procedure of the factory’s integration system of management and control is introduced. Specifically, the background and difficulty of the transformation and upgrading of this pharmaceutical factory is interpreted. The focus of this article is the description of theintegration system of management and control based on B & R’s solution, including the system architecture and composition, system characteristics, data communication and the various information platforms used by it.
