罐装食品饮料在线内压检测，是品质控制的重要环节，检测数据分析也是生产线系统维护的主要依据，精确的检测数据与生产线的整线速度又是一对矛盾，本文针对这一应用提出了基于VIPA（德国惠朋）PLC系统的解决方案，很好地解决了这一矛盾，有效提高了不良品剔除的准确性，并大幅改善了生产线的运行效率。

The on-line internal pressure detection of canned food and beverage is an important part of quality control.The data analysis is the main basis for the system maintenance of the production line. However, accurate data detection and the speed of the whole production line is a pair of contradictions.Thispaper presents a solution based on VIPA PLC system, which can effectively improve the accuracy of the elimination of defective products, and significantly improve the efficiency of the production line at the same time.
