摘要
本文从太平驿水电站PCC水轮机调速器一起“液压系统故障”出发,分析了故障的可能原因,给出了排查的思路,并按照思路进行了系统的故障处理。最终得出了故障的主要原因,是由于纽扣电池松动造成调速器内部导叶定位及PID调节参数变化引起的。该故障排查处理的过程具有一定的典型性,该案例能为其它水轮机调速器类似的故障分析提供较好的借鉴。
In this paper, aiming at the hydraulic system failure of the PCC hydrogovernor at Taipingyi hydropower station, we analyze the possible causes of the fault and then propose an approach for troubleshooting. Ultimately, the fault is excluded and the primary cause is found. It can be attributed to the looseness of the button cell, which gives rise to the changes of the guide vane positioning within the governor and the PID adjusting parameters. In general, the troubleshooting process has some typical characteristics, which provides a reasonablereference for the similar fault analysis of hydrogovernors.
