Temperature Control of Molybdenum Disilicide High Temperature Furnace via BCx2 Intelligence Controller

In this paper, we first introduce the characteristics of the molybdenum disilicide rod and then present the BCx2 controller. After that, the single phase and the three phase temperature control systems of molybdenum disilicide rod, constructedby BCx2 and other equipment, areintroduced in detail. These twosystems are both cascade control systems, which arecomposed of temperature negative feedback and current negative feedback. Compared with the single loop control system, they have better control quality and are capable ofinternal or external disturbances.
