本文系统研究了标准文献传递服务中的版权保护政策,分析归纳了国内外标准文献传递领域中服务情况和存在问题,以及在版权保护过程中所采取的做法,在此基础上,分别从国家层面和标准文献服务机构两个层级,提出标准文献传递服务过程中版权保护对策.

This article systematic research the copyright protection policy in the standard literature delivery. Based on the theoretical research, analyze the service condition, existing problems and copyright protection measure in the field of domestic and overseas standard literature delivery. Meanwhile, put forward the copyright protection countermeasures, from the hierarchy of national and standard service organization, respectively.
