100例腐败尸体的组织病理学检验结果分析

The analysis of histopathological examination results according to the putrefactive bodies from 100 cases

目的 探讨腐败尸体的病理检验价值.方法 对楚雄州2000年1月至2015年10月的100例腐败尸体的组织病理学检验材料进行回顾性分析.结果 尸体腐败后,虽然组织结构发生了破坏,但仍可将部分生前病变和损伤保存下来,对查明死因或死亡方式仍有一定价值.结论 对腐败尸体进行系统解剖和组织病理学检验,对判断案件性质和分析死亡原因具有重要的指导意义.

Objective To evaluate the histopathological examination value of the putrefactive bodies.Methods To study the putrefactive bodies from 100 cases,from the Public Security Department of Chuxiong State of January 2000 to October 2015,by the retrospective study way,in which all the cases were confirmed by autopsy and histopathological examination.Results For the putrefactive bodies,even though the organization structure of the tissues has been destroyed,some injuries or the changes from some kind of disease can still be preserved on the bodies,while these preserved histopathological changes can still have some important value for finding out the cause of death and even the manner of death.Conclusion The autopsy and the histopathological examination have an important significance for the analysis of the nature of death and the cause of death in forensic medicine practice.
