摘要
节能技术在我国日益受到重视,工程机械的节能技术也得到了快速的发展,进行能量回收再利用提高工作效率是液压挖掘机节能技术的发展方向.针对混合动力液压挖掘机动臂势能回收中存在的匹配问题,提出了一种基于平衡控制原理的能量回收控制方法,并对新方案,进行了理论分析与模拟仿真.根据理论分析和仿真研究,改进后的挖掘机动臂势能回收系统回收效率明显提高.
Owing that China pays more attentions to the energy-saving technologies, especially for rapidly-developed construction machinery industry, the energy recovery and reuse can improve the energy efficiency for hydraulic excavators.To resolve the matching problem of potential recovery on hybrid hydraulic excavator boom, a new approach is proposed based on theenergy balance control, recovery control via theoretical analysis and simulation.According to the theoretical analysis and simulation, thepotential recovery efficiency of excavator boom is significantlyenhanced.
