概括介绍了永磁传动应用情况,将其按用途分为传动轴密封和联轴调速两种,按结构特征分为圆筒式和圆盘式两类.通过较为系统详尽的技术分析,阐述永磁传动研究过程中不可忽视的永磁材料特点,包括其性能的不稳定性和采购验收时对磁体性能的有效控制.指出涡流损耗或传动效率是永磁密封传动的关键并介绍了其进展和有望得到解决;推导出永磁涡流传动的涡流损耗P1与传动输出功率P之比只取决于旋转相对转速n1和输出转速n.对永磁传动发展前景给予了乐观展望.
The applications of permanent magnetic transmission are introduced based on sealing of transmission shaft and coupling of adjustment rotation.From structural viewpoint,the cylinder and disc types are investigated.With detailed and systematic technical analyses,the characteristics of permanent magnetic materials are emphasized,e.g.the magnetic non-uniformity,purchasing and acceptance control.In particular,the eddy current waste or transmission efficiency is pinpointed.Accordingly,the eddy current waste P1 against transmission power P is dependent on the speed difference n1 and output rotational speed n.Therein,an optimistic expectation on permanent magnetic transmission technologies is concluded.
