胼周动脉动脉瘤的诊断及治疗

The diagnosis and treatment of pericallosal artery aneurysmy

目的：探讨胼周动脉动脉瘤的临床特征，并总结其诊断治疗的经验。方法回顾性分析2003年1月~2015年9月收治的9例胼周动脉动脉瘤患者的临床资料，皆行 DSA 或 CTA 诊断为胼周动脉动脉瘤，其中胼周动脉创伤性动脉瘤3例，自发性动脉瘤6例；其中4例行开颅动脉瘤夹闭术，5例行血管内栓塞治疗。结果5例治愈，无神经功能缺失，3例有永久性神经功能缺失，1例死亡。结论血管内栓塞及显微手术夹闭治疗胼周动脉动脉瘤，其效果均较好，但血管内栓塞仍是主要的外科治疗方法。

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of pericallosal artery aneurysm and summarize the experi-ences in diagnosis and treatment of it. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 9 patients with peripheral artery aneurysms from Jan 2003 to Sep 2015,all patients were diagnosed with pericallosal artery aneurysm by DSA or CTA. 3 cases were traumatic peripheral arterial aneurysm and 6 cases were spontaneous peripheral arterial aneurysm. Among them 4 cases of intracranial aneurysm clip occlusion, 5 cases were treated with endovascular embolization. Results 5 cases were cured,and no neurological deficits, 3 cases had permanent nerve disfunction, and 1 case died. Conclusion The curative effect of both the sumcal clipping and endovascular embolization on pericallosal artery aneurysm are good. But the endovascular embolization is the main method to treat pericallosal artery aneurysm.
