乳管镜冲洗治疗乳痛症疗效观察

Curative effect observation of mastodynia treated by ductoscopy rinsing

目的：对比分析口服中成药和乳管镜冲洗治疗乳痛症患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2012年10月~2013年10月来我院就诊的225例乳痛症患者，按不同的治疗方法分成中成药组及乳管镜冲洗治疗组，对比观察临床疗效。结果中成药组治疗有效率为76.1%（83/109），复发率为53.0%（44/83）。乳管镜冲洗组治疗有效率为84.5%（98/116），复发率为25.5%（25/98）。结论乳管镜是一项微创且并发症少的乳腺检查技术，对乳痛症患者冲洗治疗有效、安全可行，尤其是积乳症引起的乳痛，疗效确切且不易复发。

Objective To constract and analyse the effect of taking traditional chinese drug and ductoscopy rinsing on mastodynia. Methods Retrospectively analyzed totally 225 patients with mastodynia from Oct 2012 to Oct 2013 ,which were divided into two groups,traditional chinese drug group and ductoscopy rinsing group,and comparatively observed the clinical ef-ficacy. Results The effective rate of traditional chinese drug group was 76.1%(83/109),relapse rate was 53.0%(44/83),the effective rate of ductoscopy rinsing group was 84.5%(98/116),relapse rate was 25.5%(25/98). Conclusion As a minimally invasive technique with few complication,ductoscopy is safe,effective and feasible for mastodynia,especially galactostasia would get better prognosis with ductoscopy rinsing and uneasily relapse.
