摘要
目的:通过对益母草有效成分盐酸水苏碱的鉴别,为益母草颗粒的质量控制提供依据。方法:以丙酮-无水乙醇-盐酸(10:6:1)为展开剂,对以不同方法提取的样品进行薄层色谱鉴别。结果:以无水乙醇为溶剂超声提取,碘蒸气熏后,改良碘化铋钾试液显色,斑点清晰,操作简便。结论:可用该法对益母草颗粒进行快速的鉴别。
Objective:The purpose of this paper is to identify stachydrine hydrochloride, an active ingredient in herba leonuri granules, and provide a basis for the quality control of the granules. Methods:Using the mixture of acetone, absolute ethyl alcohol and hydrochloric acid(10∶6∶1) as developing agent, the samples extracted by various methods were identified by TLC. Results:After ultrasonic extraction using absolute ethyl alcohol as solvent, iodine vapor fumigation and color development with improved bismuth potassium iodide test solution, clear spots were observed in the samples. Conclusion:The method is easy to handle, which may be used for rapid identification of herba leonuri granules.
