采用ABC分析法调查某三甲医院2015年药品使用情况

ABC Analysis of Drug Application in a 3A Hospital in 2015

目的:通过调查某三甲医院2015年药品使用情况,分析用药状况及用药趋势,为临床合理用药和药品管理提供参考依据。方法:选取我院信息系统(HIS)2015年1月1日-2015年12月31日全部药品出库记录,采用ABC分析法对药品销售金额及品规数进行统计分析,并重点对A类药进行药理学分类及用药分析。结果:A类药品共233种,占总金额的75.01%;B类药品268种,占总金额的14.98%;C类药品1207种,占总金额的10.01%。其中,A类药高度集中在抗微生物药物、神经系统及脑血管病药物。结论:该院用药结构基本合理,抗菌药应用、神经系统及脑血管病药物尚存在不合理之处,需要干预,以促进合理用药。

Objective:To investigate the basic status of drug application in a 3A hospital in 2015 and analyze the status and trends of drug application so as to provide a reference for rational drug use and management in clinic. Methods:The delivery records of drugs in Hospital Information System (HIS) in The Second Hospital of Jilin University from January 1st to December 31st 2015 were collected, in which the amount of drug use and the varieties of drugs were subjected to ABC analysis, and the class A drugs to pharmacological classification and analysis of application. Results:A total of 233, 268 and 1 207 kinds of drugs of classes A, B, and C were used, of which the amounts accounted for 75. 01%, 14. 98% and 10. 01% of total amount, respectively. Most of the class A drugs were anti-microbial agents and the drugs used for nervous system and cerebrovascular diseases. Conclusion:The structure of drug use in this hospital is basically rational. However, the applications of anti-microbial agents and the drugs for nervous system and brain diseases are still irrational and need to be intervened so as to promote the rational drug use.
