摘要
目的:对住院药房按工作量核算奖金的三次分配模式进行分析探讨,为需进行三次分配的部门提供参考。方法:对住院药房奖金三次分配模式及应注意的事项进行总结。结果与结论:实行按工作量计算奖金三次分配后,住院药房成员工作积极性及工作效率都明显提高,住院患者及医护人员的满意度也得到提高。按工作量再对比奖金的三次分配模式在住院药房发药核对中作用明显,值得推广。
Objective:The purpose of this paper is to investigate the third distribution mode of bonus in dispensary for inpatients so as to provide a reference for the departments in which the third distribution is necessary. Methods:The mode and precaution of third distribution of bonus in dispensary for inpatients were summarized. Results&Conclusion:After the implementation of third distribution of bonuses calculated according to the workload, the enthusiasm and work efficiency of staff in dispensary for inpatients were as well as the satisfaction degree of patients, doctors and nurses were improved significantly. The third distribution mode of bonus based on the workload plays an important role in the check of drug dispensing in inpatients, which is worthy of popularization.
