摘要
本文报道头孢呋肟对临床分离的417株需氧菌和49株厌氧菌的体外抗菌作用,并与其他头孢菌素相比较.在治疗浓度范围内其对金葡萄菌和大多数革兰阴性杆菌有良好抗菌作用.头孢呋肟对革兰阴性杆菌产生的11种β-内酰胺酶稳定性测定显示其不易为酶水解,稳定性高.给正常人肌注、静注和静滴头孢呋肟0.75g后体内血药浓度高,肌注生物利用度达98.89%.给药量的90%以上自尿中排出.本品治疗各种细菌感染20例,治愈或显效者16例,有效3例,1例无效.其不良反应少见.
Antibaeterial activity of cefuroxime was compared with other cephalosporins against 417 strains of aerobic and 49 anaerobic clinical isolates.At therapeutie concentrations, cefuroxime was active against S.aureus,including B-laotamase producers,and most Gram negative aerobic bacteria.One of the outstanding features of cefuroxime was its stability against most B-laotamases produced by Gram negative bacteria,and cefuroxime was more stable than nearly all other eephalosporins.Glinieal pharmacological study of cefuroxime was carried out in volunteers.The mean peak serum concentrations wore 32.14 89.06 and 6s.11μg/ml respectively after im,iv injection and iv infusion of 0.75 g of cefuroxime,and the elimination half life ranged from 1.05~1.48 hours.Cefuroxime has been used in treating 20 cases of various infeotions with cure or excellent result in 16,improvement in 3 and failure in one.Adverse reaction was rare and mild.
