摘要
本文对不同病期的流行性出血热患者96例进行了血清腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)的检测,结果证实所有患者普遍有血清ADA增高,早在发热期即高于正常值的2~3倍,异常水平保持7~10天.逐日比较ADA与周围血异型淋巴细胞(异淋)百分率变动情况,发现有相应增减的趋势.鉴于异淋是活化了的淋巴细胞,而ADA是淋巴细胞分化过程中不可缺少的酶.初步认为异淋的出现和ADA的增高可能是免疫器官中的淋巴细胞受流行性出血热病毒抗原刺激后发生异常分化和增殖的结果.
Serum adenosine deaminase (ADA) was determined in 96 cases of epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) with various degrees of severity.The levels of ADA were found elevated in all patients.Early in the febrile stage of the disease,the ADA levels were 2 to 3 times of normal and sustained for 7 to 10 days.Daily comparison between the ADA levels and the atypical lymphocytes in peripheral blood showed that there was a tendency of parallel increase or decrease of ADA and lpmphocytes.In considering the atypical lymphecytes are the active cells and ADA is an indispensable enzyme during lymphocyte differentiation,we assume that both the appearance of atypical lymphocytes and the elevated ADA levels in EHF reflecting the unusual differentiation and proliferation of lymphocytes resulted from the stimulation of EHF virus.
