吡喹酮对华支睾吸虫体外作用的扫描电镜观察

SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPIC STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF PRAZIQUANTEL ON CLONORCHIS SINENSIS IN VITRO

吡喹酮0.1μg/ml体外作用华支睾吸虫30min,扫描电镜观察可见虫体表皮出现散在或成片状分布,大小不等的'气球样'泡状物,感觉乳头肿胀.2 h后,部分皮疱开始溃破,作用时间继续延长至5h以上,则大部分皮疱溃破,塌陷,在虫体表皮遗留下一个个空洞如蜂窝状,感觉乳头肿胀更明显.提高药物浓度,上述现象提前出现.提示吡喹酮对华支睾吸虫皮层的破坏作用是非常强烈和迅速的.

The effect of praziquantal on C.sinensis was studied by scanning electron microscopy When C.sinensis adult worms were exposed to 0.1/μg/ml praziquantel in vitro for 30 min,manv bleb-like structures could be demonstrated all over the surface of the flukes and the sensory papillae became swollen.Two hours later,some of the bleb-like stuctures began to rupture.When the exposure was prolonged to 5 hours,most of the bleb-like structures disappeared,leaving numerous foraminae on the tegument,and the sensory papillae remained swollen even more obviously.The ultrastructure of the tegument of C.sinensis was damaged severely.With the increase of praziquantel concentration,there was no increase in the degree or extent of the tegumental damage except that it appeared a little earlier.
