摘要
本文应甩常规透射电镜对流行性出血热(EHF)早期患者循环血小板进彳=亍了超微结构的研,究,在EttF患者循环血中观察到的巨大血小板及含有正常血小板内罕见的高尔基体和粗面内质网的血小板是血小板不成熟的形态标志,提示骨髓颗粒性巨核细胞在病变过程中可能发生成熟障障.血小板形状改变是体内或体外血小板激活的敏感指征.EPIF早期患者循环血小板的超微结构形态改变还提示EHF急性期血小板存在激活、分泌现象.
The circulating platelets in patients wlth epidemic hemorrhagic fever(EHF)were studied with transmissive electron microscopy.It was found that the platelets were obviously larger than normal.and the most obvious ultrastructure change was the appearance of the Golgi complexes and rough endoplasmio retioula in the plasma of platelets which were rarely seen in normal.These phenomena indicated that the inmaturation of platelets and granular megakaryooytes in bone marrow may have disturbance of matation in EHF.The change of shape was a sensitive feature of the platelet activating response.The ultrastructral abner matities of platetets at the early stage of EHF suggested the aetivation and secretion of platelets.
