在产科护理风险管理中开展品管圈活动的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Quality Control Circle Activity in Obstetric Nursing Risk Management

目的研究在产科护理风险管理中开展品管圈活动的临床效果。方法选取自2015年6月-2016年8月,在我院进行分娩的产妇72例,按护理方法的不同将其分为护理组(n=36)和对照组(n=36),对照组患者采用常规的护理风险管理,护理组展开品管圈活动,对两组患者的护理满意度、新生儿护理缺陷和对分娩知识的掌握情况进行比较。结果经护理后,护理组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);新生儿护理缺陷护理组明显少于对照组,护理组对知识的掌握情况也明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于产妇实行品管圈活动有利于产妇的心理健康,提高患者的护理满意度,且有效减少了新生儿护理缺陷的发生,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of quality control circle in obstetric nursing risk management. Methods 72 cases of delivery in our hospital were chosen from June 2015-August 2016, according to the different nursing methods, the patients were divided into nursing group(n=36) and control group(n=36), control group were treated with routine nursing risk management, nursing group implemented quality control activities, the two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction, neonatal nursing defects, and the grasping state about knowledge of childbirth were compared. Results After nursing, nursing satisfaction of patients in the nursing group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Neonatal nursing defects of the nursing group was significantly less than that of the control group, and the grasping state about knowledge of childbirth of the nursing group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of quality control circle is conducive to maternal mental health, improve patient satisfaction with nursing, and effectively reduce the occurrence of neonatal nursing defects, which is worthy of clinical application.
