Problems and Countermeasures of Medical Risk Management in Army Hospital

目的近年来医疗纠纷事件频发,部队医院也屡见不鲜,因此,分析部队医院医疗风险管理存在的问题以及寻找解决的方法,势在必行。方法利用调查问卷的形式就8所部队医院的一线工作人员对医疗风险管理问题进行调查。结果通过统计调查问卷,工龄低于5年的群体具备的风险意识较差,级别越高的医院对风险管理更加积极(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论部队医院应提高医疗分析的管理能力,并建立完善的风险评估与预警的安全系统。医护人员应加强自身的专业水平与专业知识,积极与患者家属进行交流,避免发生医疗纠纷事件。

Objective In recent years, medical disputes occur frequently, army hospitals are also common. Therefore, it is imperative to analyze the problems existed in medical risk management in army hospitals and find ways to solve them. Methods A questionnaire was used to investigate the medical risk management of frontline staff in 8 military hospitals. Results Through statistical questionnaires, the group with less than 5 years of service has a lower risk awareness, and the higher level hospitals are more active in risk management(P<0.05), differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Army hospital should improve the management ability of medical analysis, and establish perfect safety system for risk assessment and early warning. Doctors and nurses should strengthen their professional level and professional knowledge, and actively communicate with their families to avoid medical disputes.
