结节性筋膜炎超声图像特征诊断与研究

Ultrasonographic Features and Diagnosis of Nodular Fasciitis

目的分析研讨结节性筋膜炎超声图像特征诊断与研究近况。方法回顾性分析16例结节性筋膜炎患者的临床病历资料,总结此疾病超声诊断的图像特征,并计算其诊断符合率。结果本组16例患者术前接受超声检查,诊断为结节性筋膜炎11例,脂肪瘤2例,恶性肿瘤3例,诊断符合率为68.75%。术后均接受病理检查,提示为结节性筋膜炎。结论临床在判定结节性筋膜炎疾病时可考虑采用超声进行检查,二维超声、彩色多普勒超声和超声弹性成像相结合,并依据患者病史、疾病多发部位、临床症状等信息给予综合性判定,并和神经鞘瘤、软组织恶性肿瘤、脂肪瘤等进行区分。

Objective To study the ultrasonic image features of nodular fasciitis diagnosis and research status. MethodsRetrospective analysis of 16 cases of nodular fasciitis in patients with clinical data, to evaluate the characteristics of images of ultrasound in the diagnosis of the disease, and calculate its diagnostic accordance rate. Results This group of 16 patients accept preoperative ultrasound examination, diagnosis of nodular fasciitis in 11 cases, lipoma in 2 cases, 3 cases of malignant tumor, diagnosis coincidence rate was 68.75%. All patients received postoperative pathological examination showed nodular fasciitis. Conclusion Clinical in determining nodular fasciitis disease may be considered by ultrasonography, combined with two-dimensional ultrasound, color Doppler ultrasound and ultrasonic elastography and according to the patient's clinical history, multiple sites of disease, clinical symptoms and other information give comprehensive determination, and and schwannoma and malignant soft tissue tumor, lipoma and to distinguish.
