强化细节护理在手术室工作中的重要性

Importance of Strengthening Detail Nursing in the Work of Operation Room

目的对细节护理应用在手术护理中的效果进行分析探讨。方法将本院在2015-2017年收治的择期手术患者共计200例作为研究资料,依据入院的先后顺序将患者分为两组,每组患者各100例,观察组应用细节护理模式,对照组应用传统的护理方法,将两组患者的手术效果与患者的满意度进行对比。结果在进入手术室之后,两组患者的心率和血压均较接到手术通知单时发生了显著的改变,观察组和对照组进行比较,差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术后两组患者的血压、心率均恢复到了正常的水平,和在进入手术室时进行比较,无显著的统计学差异(P>0.05),但和接到手术通知单时进行对比,差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的满意度显著比对照组要高,经统计学分析,差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室应用细节护理措施,能够取得显著的效果,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of detail nursing in operation nursing. Methods A total of 200 cases of patients undergoing elective surgery from 2015 to 2017 in our hospital were regarded as research data. According to the order of admission, patients were divided into two groups, each group had 100 patients, the observation group used the detailed nursing mode, and the control group used the traditional nursing methods, the surgical outcome and patient's satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared. Result After entering the operation room, the heart rate and blood pressure of the two groups were significantly changed, compared with when receiving an operation notification. The observation group and the control group were compared, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After operation, the blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups returned to normal levels, compared with when entering into the operation room, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).But compared with when receiving an operation notification, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detailed nursing measures in operation room can achieve remarkable results and is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
