摘要
目的讨论水痘患儿的护理措施,促进患儿早日康复。方法选择40例水痘患儿,给予护理评估、一般护理、消毒隔离、发热护理、皮肤粘膜护理、心理护理及健康指导。结果 40例患儿经过合理的治疗和精心的护理全部治愈出院。结论合理的治疗和精心的护理能够保证疗效,减少并发症,促进水痘患儿早日康复。与家长沟通进行健康宣教,可加强水痘的预防。
Objective Objective To discuss the nursing measures for children with varicella so as to promote their early recovery.Methods 40 children with varicella were treated with nursing evaluation, general nursing, disinfection and isolation, fever nursing, skin and mucosa care, psychological care and health guidance.Results 40 cases of children after a reasonable treatment and careful care were all cured and discharged.Conclusion Reasonable treatment and careful nursing can guarantee the curative effect, reduce the complications and promote the recovery of varicella children at an early date. Communicate with parents for health education, can strengthen the prevention of varicella.
