不孕与子宫内膜的病理变化的相关性分析

Analysis of correlation between infertility and pathological changes of endometrium

目的探析不孕与子宫内膜的病理变化的相关性。方法选取在我院进行治疗的不孕症患者作为本次研究对象,共计60例。选取时间均为2013年11月-2015年11月期间。将所有患者的子宫内膜病理结果以及其临床相关资料进行分析和总结。结果本组研究60例不孕症患者中,子宫内膜腺体分泌反应良好患者17例,占比28.33%;子宫内膜腺体分泌反应欠佳患者30例,占比50.00%;子宫内膜腺体分泌不良及无分泌患者4例,占比6.67%;子宫内膜增生反应患者6例,占比10.00%;慢性子宫内膜炎患者3例,占比5.00%。其中子宫内膜腺体分泌异常、子宫内膜增生以及慢性子宫内膜炎均与不孕存在相关性,其中子宫内膜腺体分泌异常在不孕症的宫腔病因的发生率(56.67%)最高,P<0.05。结论在不孕症的宫腔病因中,子宫内膜腺体分泌异常的发生率相对最高,其主要表现为子宫内膜腺体分泌反应欠佳以及增生。

Objective To investigate the correlation between infertility and pathological changes of endometrium. MethodsThe infertility patients treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study, a total of 60 cases. The selection time was from November 2013 to November 2015. The endometrial pathological findings and clinical data of all patients were analyzed and summarized. Results In this study, 60 cases of infertility patients, endometrial gland secretion reaction is good in17 cases, accounting for 28.33%; endometrial gland secretion reaction was poor in 30 cases, accounting for 50.00%; endometrial gland secretion and no secretion of patients in 4 cases, accounting for 6.67%; endometrial hyperplasia in 6 cases, accounting for 10.00%; benign lesions or diseases in 3 cases, accounting for 5.00%. Among them,endometrial gland secretion, endometrial hyperplasia and chronic endometritis are related to infertility, and the endometrial gland secretion is abnormal, the incidence of uterine cavity in infertility is the highest(56.67%), P<0.05. Conclusion The abnormal rate of endometrial gland secretion is the highest in the intrauterine cause of infertility, the main manifestation is endometrial gland secretion reaction is not good and hyperplasia.
