目的评价自动化染色和数字扫描系统检测抗酸杆菌(分枝杆菌)的效能。方法选择临沂市人民医院门诊连续纳入的肺结核可疑者,同时开展传统痰涂片人工染色镜检、ASDS检测和固体培养。结果与结论 ASDS的检测结果更为可观,能够提高实验室的检测能力,适于广泛应用。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of automated staining and digital scanning systems for the detection of acid fast bacilli. Methods To select patients with suspected tuberculosis who were collect continuously from the people's Hospital of Linyi city, three sputum specimens were collected from each case, traditional sputum smear artificial staining microscopy, ASDS detection and solid culture were carried out at the same time. Results and Conclusion The test results of ASDS are more impressive, can improve the laboratory testing ability, it's suitable for applying widely.
