老年病科住院患者实施护患沟通路径化管理的效果

The Effect of Nursing Communication Path Management for Inpatients in Geriatrics Department

目的探讨老年病科住院患者实施护患沟通路径化管理的效果。方法选择200例老年病人给予探讨,平均分组,参考组选择一般护理,实验组选择护患沟通路径护理,对比两组的效果。结果经过分析,实验组远远强于参考组,差异较大,具有临床对比价值。结论针对老年病人选择护患沟通路径话护理,能够减少护理风险率,增强护理工作质量,改善满意度,具有良好的临床效果,适合临床的推广与应用。

Objective Discussion on the implementation of nurse patient communication path management effect of inpatients in Department of Geriatrics. Methods 200 cases of elderly patients is discussed, the average packet, the reference group selection of general nursing, the experimental group selection of nurse patient communication path nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results After analysis, the experimental group is much stronger than the reference group that difference has clinical value for the elderly patients. Conclusion The selection of nurse patient communication in nursing pathway, can reduce nursing risk, enhance the quality of nursing work, improve satisfaction, has good clinical effect, suitable for clinical promotion and application.
