摘要
针对贻贝粘蛋白产品的应用范围,对于评分中的蛋白水解环境进行了文献调研,结果显示,丝氨酸蛋白酶是皮肤中主要的蛋白酶类,表明可以利用胰蛋白酶对于贻贝粘蛋白的降解特性进行研究,为贻贝粘蛋白产品开发和应用提供依据。
According to the application scope of mussel adhesive protein products, the environment of protein hydrolysis in skin was investigated. Results showed that serine protease is the major enzyme in the skin. So trypsin can be used to study the degradation of mussel adhesive protein. It will provide basic data for the development and application of mussel adhesive protein.
