中药三七治疗心血管疾病的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Treating Cardiovascular Diseases with Panax Notoginseng Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的分析对心血管疾病患者使用中药三七治疗的临床疗效和安全性。方法收集我院在1年内收治的80例心血管疾病患者,将其按照随机法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组使用常规西医疗法治疗,观察组在此基础上使用中药三七治疗,比较两组的疗效和安全性。结果经治疗后分析,相比对照组,观察组的治疗总有效率明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在对心血管疾病患者治疗时,使用中药三七可取得更加有效的疗效,同时安全性也可得到保障,值得使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of Panax notoginseng in patients with cardiovascular disease. Methods 80 patients with cardiovascular diseases admitted in our hospital in 1 years were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Panax notoginseng. The efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, compared with the control group, the treatment efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with cardiovascular disease, the use of traditional Chinese medicine Panax notoginseng can achieve a more effective effect, while security can be guaranteed, it is worth to use.
