优质护理对冠心病心理状态及治疗依从性的影响

Effect of High Quality Nursing on Psychological State and Treatment Compliance of Coronary heart Disease

目的探讨优质护理方案在对于冠心病患者治疗过程中心理情绪状态以及治疗依从性改善情况中起到的作用。方法选取我科收治的冠心病患者为本次研究对象,将所有患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取我心内科常规的护理方案,观察组在此基础上采取优质护理方案。通过对比两组患者之间SAS、SDS评分,治疗依从性以及满意度情况来综合评价两种护理方法。结果通过实际的临床对比发现,采取优质护理方案的观察组患者其SAS以及SDS评分在护理干预方法采取前后的对比上要明显高于采取一般常规护理方案的对照组患者。在患者对于护理工作人员满意度情况上比较发现,观察组患者的评分要明显高于对照组。同时在对于患者治疗过程中的依从性比较上,观察组也要显著高于对照组。结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对于冠心病患者的治疗期间辅以有效的优质护理方案可以起到良好的辅助治疗效果,改善患者的治疗效果,提升了患者的生活质量,具有很大的临床推广价值。

Objective To investigate the optimal nursing in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) in the treatment of psychological emotional state and plays the role of treatment adherence to improve the situation. Methods selection of coronary heart disease patients admitted in our department as the study object, and all of the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group and control group taking my heart medicine conventional nursing plan, observation group based on this to take high quality nursing care plan. wo nursing methods were evaluated by comparing SAS, SDS score, treatment compliance and satisfaction with two groups of patients. Results Through the actual clinical comparison, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group receiving high quality nursing plan were significantly higher than those of the control group with general routine nursing care before and after the nursing intervention. In the patient's satisfaction with the nursing staff, it was found that the score of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. At the same time, the observation group was also significantly higher than the control group in the patients' compliance in the treatment process. The results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion during the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) is supplemented by effective high quality nursing care plan can play a good auxiliary therapeutic effect, to improve the treatment effect of patients, promoted the patient's quality of life, are of great clinical value.
