探究产妇焦虑抑郁情绪产生的原因及护理措施

Exploration on Causes of Anxiety and Depression of Puerpera and Nursing Measures

目的探讨产妇焦虑、抑郁情绪产生的原因以及相应的护理措施。方法将2015年2月1日至2017年1月1日本院收治的110例产妇随机分成两组,每组各有55例,分别予以常规护理(对照组)和针对性护理(观察组),对比产妇各阶段的心理情绪状况。结果观察组产妇在妊娠早期、中期、产后一个月的焦虑与抑郁评分都比对照组要低(P<0.05)。结论过度担忧胎儿生长状况是导致产妇出现焦虑、抑郁情绪的主要原因,对其实施针对性护理可改善负面情绪。

Objective To investigate the causes of anxiety and depression of puerpera and corresponding nursing measures. Methods 110 cases of puerperas from February 1, 2015 to January 1, 2017 received and treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 55 cases were in each group, they were given respectively conventional care(control group) and targeted care(observation group), the psychological mood of puerpera at all stages were compared. Results The anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group in first trimester of pregnancy, second trimester of pregnancy and one month after delivery(P<0.05). Conclusions Excessive worry about fetal growth status is the main cause of anxiety and depression of puerpera, the implementation of targeted care can improve negative emotions.
