脑中风偏瘫老年患者的康复训练与护理技术

目的研究和分析急脑中风偏瘫老年患者的康复训练与护理技术。方法选取我院在2016年7月至2017年2月收治的60名脑中风偏瘫患者,经过初步的医学诊断,此次选取的60名脑中风偏瘫患者均符合国际组织的诊断标准,并且将60名脑中风偏瘫患者随机划分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者实施常规护理;观察组患者给予康复训练。结果观察组的脑中风偏瘫患者的ADL和MMSE评分与对照组的脑中风偏瘫患者相比,观察组的ADL与MMSE评分明显低于对照组。结论对脑中风偏瘫患者实施康复训练与护理技术,可以减少脑中风偏瘫患者的康复时间,可以尽快提高脑中风偏瘫患者的行为能力,值得在临床医学上大力推广。

Objective To study and analysis of elderly patients with stroke hemiplegia rehabilitation training and nursing. Methods 60 patients with apoplexy hemiplegia treated in our hospital from July 2016 to February 2017, after initial diagnosis, the selection of 60 stroke patients with hemiplegia were conform to the international organization of diagnostic criteria, and 60 stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group patients with routine nursing; The observation group was given rehabilitation training. Results Observation group of stroke patients with hemiplegia of ADL and MMSE score compared with the control group of stroke patients with hemiplegia, ADL and MMSE score of observation group was obviously lower than the control group. Conclusion For stroke patients with hemiplegia rehabilitation training and nursing technology, can reduce the recovery time of stroke patients with hemiplegia, can improve the behavior ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia as soon as possible, is worth promoting in clinical medicine.
