摘要 Micro-RNAs(miRNAs)是一类参与转录后基因表达调控的非编码单链RNA分子。microRNA-224(miR-224)作为micro-RNAs家族的一员,参与肿瘤细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡、浸润及转移等过程,在肿瘤的发生发展中起着重要的作用。miR-224在某些肿瘤中高表达,如肝癌、乳腺癌、结直肠癌、宫颈癌等;在某些肿瘤中低表达,如前列腺癌和卵巢癌。近年来研究发现,miR-224的异常表达与肿瘤的临床特征及预后有关。以下将对miR-224在肿瘤中的作用、与临床预后关系及治疗作一综述。 MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are short non-coding RNAs that act as post-transcriptional regulators. MicroRNA-224 (miR-224) plays an important role in the development of tumor as a member of the family of miRNAs. It can participate in diverse biological processes, including tumor cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, invasion and metastasis process. MiR-224 is highly expressed in some tumors, such as liver cancer, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, cervical cancer, etc. While some studies have indicated that it is lowly expressed in some tumors, such as prostate cancer and ovarian cancer. In recent years increasing studies have suggested that dysregulated expression of miR-224 is associated with the clinical features and prognosis of tumor.
