成年早期抑郁患者自我同一性与父母教养方式的关系研究

Relationship between parenting styles and ego-identity of young adulthood with depression

目的探讨成年早期抑郁患者自我同一性与父母教养方式的关系。方法采用自我同一性状态客观测量问卷(EOM-EIS-2)和父母教养方式评价量表(EMBU)对山西某三级甲等医院的61例患者进行调查,用SPSS 16.0对数据进行独立样本t检验及线性回归分析。结果 (1)成年早期抑郁患者自我同一性不存在性别差异,父母教养方式中父情感温暖、父惩罚严厉、母情感温暖和母惩罚严厉维度存在性别差异;(2)自我同一性早闭与父情感温暖呈显著负相关(r=-0.297,P<0.05),与父惩罚严厉和拒绝否认呈显著正相关(r=0.273,P<0.05;r=0.337,P<0.01);(3)自我同一性延缓与父惩罚严厉呈显著负相关(r=-0.325,P<0.05);(4)逐步回归分析结果显示,父拒绝否认能预测同一性早闭变异量的11.3%(F=7.549,P<0.01);父过分干涉能预测同一性早闭变异量的8.3%(F=7.065,P<0.05);父惩罚严厉能预测同一性延缓变异量的10.5%(F=6.950,P<0.01);父拒绝否认能预测同一性延缓变异量的6.5%(F=5.960,P<0.05)。结论成年早期抑郁患者的自我同一性与父亲的惩罚严厉、拒绝否认及过分干涉密切相关,父亲的教养方式对抑郁障碍的发生和发展有一定的影响。

Objective To explore the relationship between parenting styles and ego-identity of young adulthood with depression.Methods61 young adulthood with depression in Shanxi province were assessed with the Extend Objective Measure of Ego-identity Status-2 (EOM-EIS-2) and Egna Minnen Barndoms Uppfostran (EMBU). And analyzed the data for independent samplest test and linear regression analysis with SPSS 16.0.Results There were no significant gender differences in ego-identity, some dimension in parenting styles, such as FF1, FF2, MF1 and MF4, existed differences; The foreclosure status of ego-identity was negatively correlated with father emotional warmth (r=-0.297,P<0.05), with positively correlated with father punished severely and refused to deny (r=0.273,P<0.05;r=0.337,P<0.01); The moratorium status of ego-identity was negatively correlated with father punished severely (r=-0.325, P<0.05); Stepwise regression analysis showed that father refused to deny will predict the foreclosure status of ego-identity 11.3% of the variance (F=7.549,P<0.01); father excessive interference predict 8.3% (F=7.065,P<0.05); father punished severely will predict the moratorium status of ego-identity 10.5% of the variance (F=6.950,P<0.01); father refused to deny predict 6.5% (F=5.960,P<0.05).Conclusion Ego- identity of young adulthood with depression and father punished severely, refused to deny and excessive interference are closely related, the parenting style of father on the occurrence and development of depression has a certain impact.
