摘要
人脂肪干细胞是从脂肪组织悬液培养出来的细胞,具有自我更新和多向分化潜能的能力,在被培养出来有十几年的时间,这种细胞从基础研究到临床应用都有了重大的进展。在2004年第二届国际脂肪应用技术年度会议上,这种细胞被统一命名为脂肪干细胞。体外研究也从开始的生物学特性和多向分化的能力发展到了移植后的免疫调节和旁分泌作用。人脂肪干细胞的基础研究和临床应用是同时进行的,目前的很多临床安全试验未发现有重大风险和不良反应。本文概述了人脂肪干细胞在中枢神经系统中的基础研究和临床应用。
Human adipose stem cells that are cultured from adipose tissues uspension, have the ability of self-renewal and multilineage differentiation potential, for ten years, it has made major progress from basic research to clinical application. At the second annual meeting of the International Conference on fat application technology in 2004, the cells were uniformly named adipose stem cells.In vitro studies have also evolved from biological characteristics and multilineage differentiation to post transplant immune regulation and paracrine effects. Basic research and clinical application of human adipose derived stem cells are carried out at the same time. No significant risks and side effects were found in many current clinical safety trials. This paper summarized the basic research and clinical application of human adipose derived stem cells in the central nervous system.
