Current status and prospect of microskin grafting

微粒皮移植一定程度上解决了皮源紧缺的难题,目前仍是烧伤外科修复大面积烧伤创面的主要手术方法之一。本文从微粒皮的制备、微粒的方向性及均匀性、覆盖物的选择等方面对国内外的研究现状作一综述,并探讨分析目前存在的问题及今后可能的发展方向。

Microskin grafting suppled an effective solution to the problem of lack of autologous skin , and at present it is still one of the main operation medthods of reparing large area burn wounds .This paper summarized the present research at home and abroad and analsised the current problems and possible development direction in the future in terms of the preparation of microskin , the direction and uniformity of the particles and dressing selection .
