改良自粘式分诊标识在急诊救治批量患者中的应用

目的观察自制改良式分诊标识在批量患者院内救治检伤分类中的应用价值。方法以参加2016年6月3日武进医院急诊科群发伤分诊演练的40名模拟患者为研究对象进行随机对照试验。按随机数字表法将40名拟患者分为2组,每组20名,在演练中分别用传统检伤分类标识(对照组)和自制的改良分诊标识(观察组)对模拟患者进行标记。通过对比两组患者的标识脱落情况、佩戴舒适度、医务人员标记患者的操作性以及两种标识的单位空间最大存储数量,评判两种标识用于批量伤员检伤分类中的效果差异。结果观察组和对照组患者在诊疗过程中的标识脱落率[0.0%(0/20)vs 10.0%(2/20)]差异无统计学意义[P_((双侧))>0.05];观察组患者标识佩戴舒适度[100%(20/20)]优于对照组[75%(15/20),P_((双侧))<0.05];与对照组相比,观察组的佩戴用时更短[(11.65±2.412)s vs(15.85±3.150)s]、单位空间最大储存量更大[(201.20±2.168)张vs(25.00±0.707)张],P均<0.001。结论改良自粘式分诊标识可节省医务人员诊治批量患者的人力和时间、提高救治效率,能有效维护良好的诊疗秩序、保障患者安全,值得在批量患者的急救诊疗中推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the application of modified triage sticker in the masscasualty triage.Methods A randomized controlled trial was conducted on 40 simulated patients who were admitted to the emergency department of Wujin hospital in June 3,2016.40 patients were randomly divided into control group( n = 20) and observation group( n = 20).Traditional triage label was used in the control group and modified triage stickerwas used in the observation group.Evaluation of the different effectsbetween the two kinds of labeling method in the masscasualty triage was made according to the shedding rate,wearing comfort,operating time and maximum storage per unit space.Results There was no statistic difference in the the shedding rate between the 2 groups [0.0%( 0 /20) vs 10.0%( 2 /20) ],P > 0.05.Thewearing comfort of the observation group[100%( 20 /20) ]was higher than that of the control group[75%( 15 /20) ],P < 0.05.Comparing with the control group,observation group had a less operating time[( 11.65 ± 2.412)s vs( 15.85 ± 3.150) s]and a largermaximum storage[( 201.20 ± 2.168) vs( 25.00 ± 0.707) ],andboth of the differences were statistically significant( P < 0.001).Conclusions The modified triage sticker does help medical staff to save man power and time resources in the treatment on a mass casualty.It can improve the triage efficiency of treatment,maintain a good order of diagnosis and treatment and ensure the patients' safety.It is worthy of popularization and application in the emergency diagnosis and treatment of patients in masscasualtes.
