浮动额骨瓣颅眶截骨联合倒U形眼眶截骨矫治颅缝早闭伴眶距增宽症

Floating frontal flap combined with inverted U-shaped osteotomy procedure in the treatment of craniosynostoses with orbital hypertelorism

目的 为矫治先天性颅缝早闭伴发眶距增宽症严重复杂畸形,探索使用新的截骨术式,以期达到简化手术、提高安全性、减少手术次数、减少并发症的目的.方法 对颅缝早闭伴眶距增宽症患者,采用浮动额骨瓣截骨前移、颅缝释放、倒U形眼眶截骨改良术式予以整复.结果 术后患者早闭的颅缝得以松解,颅眶形态显著改善,眶内侧壁间距缩窄至正常范围.随访患者颅眶形态和智力发育与同龄正常儿童相仿.结论 浮动额骨瓣颅骨截骨联合倒U形眼眶截骨手术,可安全有效地矫治颅缝早闭伴眶距增宽症.

Objective To report the new modified treatment of floating frontal flap combined with inverted U-shaped osteotomy procedure in the treatment of craniosynostoses with orbital hypertelorism . Methods Two cases with craniosynostoses and orbital hypertelorism underwent floating frontal flap advancement , cranial suture release and inverted U-shaped osteotomy .Results The closed cranial suture was released with great improvement of cranial-orbital appearance .The inter-orbital distance decreased to normal range .The development of cranial-orbital appearance and intelligence was simulated as normal children at the same age .Conclusions The floating frontal flap combined with inverted U-shaped osteotomy is a safe and effect treatment to correct raniosynostoses with orbital hypertelorism .
