改良内眦开大术联合切开法重睑术形成平行形重睑

The clinical application of a modified Z-epicanthoplasty combined with upper blepharoplasty to form the parallel double eyelids

目的 探究改良Z成形内眦开大术联合切开法重睑术的手术方式及术后效果.方法将切开法重睑术及内眦开大术作为一个整体进行设计.上睑皮肤切除部分延续至内眦部位,内眦处行Z改形,通过切除上睑内侧一条皮肤且仅缝合皮缘的方式形成'平行'重睑线.结果从2008年1月到2016年1月,应用此方法为3200例患者行手术.336例返回医院随访,随访时间为6月到72个月.除8例形成扇形重睑线外,328例均形成平行重睑线,外形流畅,内眦瘢痕不明显.结论该方法设计简单,易于操作,术后形成近似欧式的'平行'重睑线,患者满意度较高,适合各种类型的内眦赘皮矫正.

Objective To explore the surgical procedures and postoperative effect of blepharoplasty combined with modified Z-epicanthoplasty .Methods Blephamplasty and Z-epicanthoplasty were designed at the same time .Remove a slice of skin from the upper eyelid to the inner canthus and suture the skin only to achieve out-fold type eyelids.Results From January 2008 to January 2016, 3200 patients with single eyelid and epicanthus were undergone this surgery .336 patients came back for follow-up visit during 6-72 months postoperatively .328 patients developed out-fold type eyelids and 8 cases developed in-fold type eyelids .The appearances of the double eyelids were considered natural and smooth . The scars were inconspicuous .Conclusions This modifiedmethod is simple in design and practice . Westernized out-fold type eyelids were achieved .This technique is suitable for all types of epicanthus in Asian women .
