基于面部美学单位综合因素设计的全面部脂肪填充术

Total facial autologous fat transplantation based on the facial aesthetic unit

目的 探讨基于面部美学单位综合因素设计的全面部填充在面型改善中的应用.方法 2015年6月至2016年10月,对50例求美者依据其面型特征实施全面部脂肪填充术,其中9例同时进行了A型肉毒毒素咬肌内注射,4例同时进行了隆鼻术.结果 所有求美者的面部轮廓和三庭比例均得到一定改善,术后随访3～12个月,效果稳定,满意度达76％(38/50),术后无面部轮廓不对称、皮肤凹凸不平等并发症,脂肪移植吸收率为30％～50％,其中4例经过二次填充后效果得到进一步改善.结论 自体脂肪移植术是一项代价小、收益大的手术方法,在综合美学设计下对面型改善效果显著.

Objective To investigate the total facial autologous fat transplantation based on the facial aesthetic unit for facial contour improvement .Methods From June 2015 to October 2016, 50 cases underwent total facial autologous fat injection based on the facial contour characteristic .Among them , 9 cases underwent masseter intramuscular injection with botulinum toxin type A , 4 cases underwent nasal augmentation simultaneously . Results The facial contour and proportion were improved in all the patients.All the patients were followed up for 3-12 months with stableresult with satisfactory rate of 76％(38/50).No facial asymmetry and unsmooth happened .The fat absorption rate was 30％ to 50％. Secondary fat transplantation was performed in 4 cases for further improvement .Conclusions Autologous fat transplantation is a less invasivemethod with great improvement in facial contour based on combined aesthetic unit design .
