异丙嗪局部注射治疗镶嵌疣的疗效观察

目的 观察盐酸异丙嗪局部注射治疗镶嵌疣的疗效及安全性.方法 选取2016年3月至2017年9月镶嵌疣患者100例,按照患者对治疗方式的倾向性,分为两组,分别用采用异丙嗪局部注射及液氮冷冻治疗,治疗前后分别观察两组治疗效果并记录不良事件.结果 两组治疗后疣体的数量、大小均低于治疗前(P<0.05),局部注射组治疗后疣体大小、数量与冷冻治疗组相当.结论 异丙嗪局部注射治疗镶嵌疣有效.

Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of topical anesthesia with promethazine hydrochloride injection combined with lidocaine in the treatment of mosaic warts. Methods 100 cases of outpatient mosaic warts were selected in the department of dermatology of Zhejiang Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital,from March 2016 to September 2017. According to the tendency of treatment,the 100 cases were divided into two groups. During the treatment,both groups were observed and recorded respectively the therapeutic effect and adverse events. Results The number and size of warts in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the size and quantity of warts in the local closed group were similar to those in the cryotherapy group. Conclusion Local injection of promethazine is effective in the treatment of mosaic warts.
