穿刺抽液及囊内注射贝复剂治疗髌前滑囊炎的疗效观察

目的 观察穿刺抽液及囊内注射贝复剂治疗髌前滑囊炎的临床疗效.方法 2013年6月至2016年11月对17例髌前滑囊炎患者采用抽净囊液,腔内注射贝复剂,术后加压包扎等方法治疗髌前滑囊炎.结果 17例患者均定期门诊随诊,16例患者术后6周均完全恢复正常生活和工作,关节活动度显著改善,术后膝关节疼痛显著缓解,膝前未扪及液性包块,1例患者抽液5次后膝前仍有较大包块,放弃保守治疗行手术治疗后痊愈.结论 穿刺抽液及囊内注射贝复剂治疗髌前滑囊炎,能取得良好效果,降低患者的治疗费用及治疗风险,是一种微创、安全、简便、高效、廉价的治疗手段,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of puncture and intracapsular injection of Beifu agent in the treatment of prepatellar bursitis. Method From June 2013 to November 2016,17 cases of prepatellar bursitis patients were treated with pumping cyst fluid,intracavernous injection of Beifu agent,postoperative pressure bandaging to treat prepatellar bursitis. Results All 17 patients were followed up at regular out-patient clinics. All 16 patients returned to normal life and work at 6 weeks postoperatively. The degree of joint motion was significantly improved. Knee joint pain remarkably eased after the operation. Liquid masses could not be reached before the knee. One patient still had a large mass in front of the knee after five times of pumping and he gave up treatment. Conclusion The puncture and intracapsular injection of Beifu agent in the treatment of prepatellar bursitis greatly reduce the patient's treatment cost and treatment risk. It is a minimally invasive,safe,simple,efficient, cheap treatment method and is worthy of clinical application.
