输尿管镜下钬激光碎石与气压弹道碎石治疗老年输尿管结石的疗效比较

目的 探讨输尿管镜下钬激光碎石和气压弹道碎石治疗老年人输尿管结石的安全性及疗效.方法 回顾性分析2016年1月至2017年12月行择期手术且年龄≥65岁的输尿管结石患者91例(其中钬激光碎石组40例,气压弹道碎石组51例).结果 钬激光碎石组与气压弹道碎石组在手术时间、一次碎石成功率、住院时间、术后1个月结石排净率上有优势,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在治疗老年输尿管结石方面,输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术较气压弹道碎石术不仅是安全的,同时术后疗效优于气压弹道碎石术.

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of ureteral lithotripsy with Pneumatic lithotripsy and holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi in the elderly. Methods 91 cases elderly patients with ureteral calculi form Jan. 2016 to Dec. 2017 were divided into the holmium laser lithotripsy group(n=40)and the ureteroscopic lithotripsy group(n=51),and they were studied retrospectively. Results The holmium laser lithotripsy group had an advantage over the Pneumatic lithotripsy group,including the operation time,the success rate of a broken stone,the time of hospitalization,and the rate of stone clearance in one month after the operation. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions In the treatment of elderly ureteral calculi,ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy is safer and more effective than pneumatic lithotripsy.
