RA患者血清中细胞因子IL-6?IL-10?IL-17A TNF-α的表达及临床意义

目的 通过检测类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者血清中细胞因子IL-6,IL-10,IL-17A,TNF-α的表达,探讨其在RA的临床意义.方法 收集RA患者缓解期37例,活动期90例,健康对照者33例,采用流式细胞术检测其血清中IL-6、IL-10、IL-17A、TNF-α的表达情况.结果 与健康对照组比较,门诊RA患者血清中IL-6、IL-10、IL-17A、TNF-α表达水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与缓解组比较,活动期患者血清中IL-6、IL-10、IL-17A、TNF-α表达水平明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),在性别不同的患者中,IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α的含量男性患者比女性患者明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在RA患者中,血清IL-6、IL-10、IL-17A、TNF-α的表达水平与患者是否处于活动期密切相关.

Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of the serum levels of cytokines IL-6,IL-10,IL-17A,TNF-α in rheumatoid arthritis(RA)patients. Methods 33 healthy controls and 127 RA patients(37 relief stage and 90 active stage)were enrolled in this study.The expression of IL-6,IL-10,IL-17A,TNF-α was detected in the patients of RA and the healthy controls. Results The expression levels of IL-6, IL-10,IL-17A and TNF-α were significantly higher in the patients' active stage than the healthy controls and the relief stage(P<0.05). The expression levels of IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α were significantly higher in the male patients than the female patients(P<0.05). Conclusions Serum levels of IL-6,IL-10,IL-17A and TNF-α are closely related to the stage of RA.
