加味大承气汤对脓毒症急性肺损伤大鼠血清PCT CRP和免疫功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨加味大承气汤对脓毒症急性肺损伤大鼠血清中降钙素原(PCT)、C 反应蛋白(CRP)及免疫功能的影响.方法 将健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为5组:正常对照组、急性肺损伤模型组、加味大承气汤组、地塞米松组和中西医结合组,建立脓毒症急性肺损伤模型.测定大鼠血清PCT、C-反应蛋白,并采用流式细胞术检测患者血液中CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞数以及 CD4+/CD8+的比值.结果 与正常对照组比较,急性肺损伤模型组PCT和CRP水平明显升高(P<0.01),模型组CD4+细胞比值明显下降,CD8+细胞比值明显升高,CD4+/CD8+比值明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).经药物处理后与模型组比较,各药物处理组PCT和CRP水平明显下降(P<0.01),CD4+细胞比值明显升高,CD8+细胞比值明显下降,CD4+/CD8+比值明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 揭示脓毒血症大鼠肺损伤时血清PCT和CRP明显增高,CD4+细胞比值明显下降,CD8+细胞比值明显升高,CD4+/CD8+比值明显下降,证实加味大承气汤可明显降低PCT和CRP水平,调节免疫功能,从而激活免疫炎症反应来抑制脓毒症急性肺损伤大鼠的炎症反应. Objective To observe the influence of modified Dachenqi decoction on procalcitonin(PCT),C reactive protein (CRP) and immune function of rats serum with acute lung injury induced by sepsis. Methods Male clean SD rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,modified Dachenqi group,dexamethasone group and combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group.The levels of PCT and CRP were tested by ELISA method. The number of CD4,CD8 T lymphocytes and the ratio of CD4/CD8 were measured by flow cytometry. Results Compared with the normal control group,the levels of PCT and CRP in the acute lung injury model group were significantly increased (P<0.01). The ratio of CD4 cells were decreased,CD8 cells were increased and CD4/CD8 were significantly decreased in the model group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the levels of PCT and CRP,CD8 cell ratio in each drug treatment group were significantly decreased (P<0.01). The ratio of CD4 cells and CD4/CD8 were increased significantly .The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion The results showed that the levels of PCT and CRP were significantly increased .The ratio of CD4 cells and CD4/CD8 were decreased. The ratio of CD8 cells were increased.It was proved that modified Dachenqi decoction could significantly reduce the levels of PCT and CRP and regulate immune function. This activated the immune response to inhibit the inflammatory response in septic acute lung injury rats.
