玉屏风颗粒联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗变应性鼻炎及对IL-12组胺的影响

目的 分析玉屏风颗粒联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)及对白细胞介素-l2(IL-12)、组胺的影响.方法 选择2015年4月至2016年4月合作医院耳鼻喉科收治的AR患者92例,依据患者治疗方案不同分为两组,每组各46例.对照组给予沙美特罗替卡松治疗,联合组给予玉屏风颗粒联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗,观察两组患者ACT评分、鼻炎症状评分、肺功能指标及血清指标IL-12、IFN-γ及组胺水平.结果 两组患者治疗前ACT评分及鼻炎症状评分对比无统计学差异(P>0.05);在治疗3个月后,两组患者的ACT评分均有所提高,鼻炎症状评分有所下降.治疗前两组患者的指标无明显差异(P>0.05).治疗后,观察组的肺功能指标,第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1.0、FEV1.0/FEV)与呼气峰值流速(PEF)指标均高于对照组.观察组患者显效23例,显效率为80.43%,高于对照组的50.00%;观察组患者总有效率为93.48%与复发率为4.34%,而对照组的分别为78.26%、17.39%,两组对比有显著差异(P=0.0362,P=0.0445).在治疗前两组患者的指标无明显差异(P>0.05).治疗后,观察组血清指标IL-12、组胺与IFN-γ指标均高于对照组.结论 采用玉屏风颗粒联合沙美特罗替卡松可以有效治疗变应性鼻炎患者,疗效突出,同时提高血清IL-12水平,降低组胺水平,进而缓解患者病情.

Objective To analyze the effect of Yupingfeng granule combined with salmeterol in the treatment of allergic rhinitis and on IL-12 and histamine. Methods A total of 92 patients with AR were enrolled in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016. According to the different treatment regimens,the patients were divided into two groups(n=46). In the control group,salmeterol was treated with salmeterol,and the patients in the combined group were treated with Yupingfeng granule combined with salmeterol. The scores of ACT,rhinitis,lung function and serum IL-12,IFN-γ and histamine were observed in both groups. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of ACT scores and rhinitis between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After 3 months of treatment,the ACT scores were increased in both groups,and the scores of rhinitis symptoms decreased,with a difference.There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment,the pulmonary function indexes FEV1.0,FEV1.0 / FEV,PEF were higher than those in the control group. The effective rate was 80.43% in the observation group,which was higher than that in the control group(P=0.0022). The total effective rate was 93.48% and the recurrence rate was 4.34% in the observation group,while the control group was 78.26% and 17.39% respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups.There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment,serum IL-12,histamine and IFN-γ were higher in the observation group than in the control group. Conclusion The use of Yupingfeng granules combined with salmeterol fluticasone can effectively treat allergic rhinitis patients,the effect is outstanding,while improving serum IL-12 levels,reduce histamine levels,and thus ease the patient's condition.
