循证膏方联合解郁汤治疗抑郁症的临床研究

目的 评价中医循证膏方联合解郁汤治疗抑郁症的临床疗效.方法 100例符合ICD-10诊断标准的抑郁症患者入组,随机分入中医循证膏方联合解郁汤治疗组及解郁汤治疗对照组,每组各50例,观察8周,使用宗氏抑郁自评量表(SDS)判断疗效.结果 共88例完成本次试验,中医循证膏方联合解郁汤组45例,脱落5例,解郁汤组43例,脱落7例;本次试验中医循证膏方联合解郁汤组SDS减分较解郁汤组减分有显著差异(P<0.05);中医循证膏方联合解郁汤组有效率较解郁汤组有显著差异(P<0.05);中医循证膏方联合解郁汤组临床控制率较解郁汤组无明显差异(P>0.05).结论 中医循证膏方结合解郁汤治疗抑郁症有较好的临床效果.

Objective To evaluate the clinical results of cream formula of Chinese Evidence-based Practice and Jieyutang in the therapy of depression. Methods 100 depression patients who met the standard of ICD-10 were divided into two groups and were observed in 8 weeks. 50 cases in the cream formula of Chinese Evidence-based Practice and Jieyutang group,50 cases in the Jieyutang group. They were both estimated by Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS). Results 45 cases were treated with the cream formula of Chinese Evidence-based Practice and Jieyutang group,43 cases in the Jieyutang group. 88 cases were included in the therapeutic effect analysis. During the test,the score of cream formula of Chinese Evidence-based Practice and Jieyutang group dropped points while the score of Jieyutang group dropped points. They were significantly different(P<0.05). The effective rate of cream formula of Chinese Evidence-based Practice and Jieyutang group was obviously higher than that of Jieyutang group(P<0.05). The clinical control rate of cream formula of Chinese Evidence-based Practice and Jieyutang group was similar with the clinical rate of Jieyutang group(P>0.05). Conclusion The cream formula of Chinese Evidence-based Practice and Jieyutang has a clinical effect on depression treatments.
