智能反馈训练系统对脑卒中早期手功能运动及日常生活的影响

目的 探究智能反馈训练系统对脑卒中早期患者手功能运动状态及日常生活活动能力的影响.方法 以2015年9月至2017年6月收治的86例脑卒中早期手功能障碍患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法进行分组,对照组采用常规作业训练,观察组在对照组的基础上增加智能反馈训练系统进行康复训练,在训练前及训练1个月、3个月后对两组患者偏瘫手的运动功能状态及日常生活活动能力(ADL)进行评分.结果 两组患者治疗后手运动功能状态改良量表(MSS)评分,改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分均高于治疗前,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组在训练1个月、3个月后同对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 应用智能反馈训练系统不仅提高脑卒中早期患者偏瘫手的运动功能状态,还能提高其日常生活活动能力,进而提高偏瘫手的实用性,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of intelligent feedback training system on hand function and activity of daily living(ADL)in early stroke patients. Methods From September 2015 to June 2017,86 patients with early hand dysfunction after stroke were divided into groups according to the method of random number table,and the control group was trained by routine exercise. The observation group was added intelligent feedback training system to rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group. Before and after training for 1 month and 3 months,the motor function state and activity of daily living (ADL)of the hemiplegic hands in the two groups were evaluated. Results After treatment,the modified hand motor function scale(MSS)and modified Barthel index(MBI)were higher in both groups than before treatment. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and that of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after training for 1 month and 3 months(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of intelligent feedback training system can not only improve the motor function of the hemiplegic hand in the early stage of stroke,but also improve the ability of daily living activities, and then improve the practicability of the Hemiplegic hand,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
