腹腔镜膀胱全切输尿管皮肤造口术的护理

目的 探讨造口治疗师参与下经腹腔镜膀胱全切除输尿管皮肤造口术的围手术期护理.方法 回顾性总结48例膀胱全切除输尿管皮肤造口术患者在造口治疗师参与下的病情观察及护理.结果 48例患者出现不同的并发症,在造口治疗师专业的护理下,均于术后7~15 d内恢复良好出院.结论 造口治疗师参与下,有计划有步骤的专业护理,可提高手术效果,改善患者的生活质量.

Objective To explore perioperative nursing care of the patients underwent laparoscopic total resection of ureter skin in the presence of a colostomy therapist. Methods The clinical observation and nursing care of 48 patients with ureteral skin colostomy underwent total resection of bladder with the involvement of Stoma therapist were retrospectively reviewed. Results 48 cases of patients with different complications,in the mouth-building therapist professional care,all in the postoperative 7~15 days after recovery of good discharge. Conclusion With the help of mouth-building therapist, there are planned and step professional nursing,which improves the effect of operation and the quality of life of patients.
