摘要
为了进一步研究铜矿尾矿用于制备水泥熟料的可行性,采用铜矿尾矿替代砂岩烧制水泥熟料。通过f-CaO测试分析铜矿尾矿制备水泥熟料的易烧性,同时借助XRD测试水泥熟料中成分比例,最后对铜矿尾矿制备水泥熟料的凝结时间及力学性能进行了验证。结果表明:升高煅烧温度更有利于使用铜矿尾矿制备水泥熟料;用铜矿尾矿替代砂岩可降低f-CaO,但熟料的矿物晶体结晶度下降,且C3S矿物烧成率略偏低,凝结时间、早期强度与普通水泥熟料相差不大。
Copper mine tailings were applied to replace the sandstone for the preparation of cement clinker to further study the feasibility. The calcination properties of cement clinker were analyzed by f-CaO test, and the composition of cement clinker was tested by XRD. Finally, the coagulation time and mechanical properties of cement clinker were verified. The results show that higher calcination temperature is more favorable for the preparation of cement clinker with copper mine tailings. The replacement of sandstone with copper mine tailings can reduce f-CaO, but the crystallinity of the mineral crystal of clinker decreases and the firing rate of C3 S mineral slightly drops. There is little difference in coagulation time and early strength between copper mine tailings made cement clinker and ordinary cement clinker.
