摘要
通过浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验、车辙试验和小梁弯曲试验对再生沥青混合料的路用性能进行研究,分析了在不同再生工艺条件下,浸水残留稳定度、冻融劈裂强度比、动稳定度和弯曲破坏应变等性能指标。研究表明:适当提高旧料保温时间、保温温度、再生剂温度以及拌和时间可以显著改善废旧沥青混合料的再生恢复水平。
The pavement performance of recycled asphalt mixture was studied by Marshall immersion test, freeze-thaw splitting test, rutting test and beam bending test. The indicators such as residual Marshall stability, intensity ratio of freeze-thaw splitting, dynamic stability and bending strain under different regeneration conditions were analyzed. The results show that the proper recovery of the recycled asphalt mixture can be improved by increasing the holding time,holding temperature, regeneration temperature and mixing time.
